1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 3y77 platform and all its related services ("Services"). By registering an account on 3y77 or using the platform, you agree to accept these Terms fully and unconditionally.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 3y77's services. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use 3y77's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made through the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

3y77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions. For the welcome bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Wagering for the ৳1,000 bonus: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
• Example: depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.
• A bonus may be applied to one account only once.
• 3y77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of misuse of promotional codes or bonuses.
• Wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 3y77 are governed by the following rules:

• The outcome of each bet is entirely independent and is not influenced by the result of any previous bet.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed; however, if a technical error occurs, 3y77 will take appropriate action.
• Maximum bet limits apply in sports betting markets and may vary by event and market.
• Bets affected by a technical error or disruption may be recalculated or cancelled at 3y77's discretion.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be voided.

6. VIP and Loyalty Program

3y77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play. The specific rules for cashback amounts and tier changes are at 3y77's discretion and may be changed at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3y77 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same household.
• Placing artificial bets or match betting to obtain bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Representing minors or operating an account on their behalf.

If prohibited activities are detected, 3y77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice and to forfeit the associated balance.
